SBI Amrit Kalash Scheme 2025 Interest 

The Amrit Kalash Yojana by SBI, the largest public sector bank in the country, is a unique fixed deposit scheme. The final deadline for investing in it was 30 September 2024, but it has now been pushed to 31 March 2025. The bank offers an interest rate of 7.10% on this.

Elderly individuals are receiving 7.60 percent interest from this program. SBI offers a unique program that provides higher interest rates compared to standard FDs over a period of 400 days. The bank’s website states that anyone can invest in the Amrit Kalash Special Scheme for 400 days and receive guaranteed returns.

SBI Bank states that Amrit Kalash FD investors can receive interest payments monthly, quarterly, and semi-annually. Based on the SBI website, if funds are withdrawn early from Amrit Kalash FD before 400 days, the bank may impose a penalty by reducing the interest rate by 0.50% to 1% below the applicable rate.

SBI ‘Amrit Vrishti’ Fixed Deposit Scheme 

The State Bank of India (SBI) has introduced a unique FD. The new initiative from SBI is called ‘Amrit Vrishti’. The new plan has been implemented starting from 15 July 2024. Amrit Vrishti Yojana provides a yearly interest rate of 7.25% on deposits for a duration of 444 days.

In addition to this, SBI will offer an extra 0.50% interest for senior citizens. Elderly individuals are receiving the highest interest. This exclusive FD can be reserved via bank branch, online banking, and YONO platform. You may invest a maximum of Rs 3 crore in this fixed deposit. Investments can be made in this scheme until 25 March 2025.
