Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to Post-Graduate Programme under the different Subjects of the Harichand Guruchand University, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal for the Academic Session 2023-24.

| M.A. in Bengali | Honours degree in Bengali |
| M.A. in Education | Honours degree in Education Or B.Ed. with Honours in any School subject. |

| M.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication | 3-Year Graduate in any discipline |
General Information
I. The reservation in seats and relaxation in the qualifying marks in favour of the reserved categories shall be as per the W.B. Govt. rules.
II. Admission will stand cancelled for providing wrong data and/or information if found at any stage.
Merit List Preparation Criteria
I. Merit List will be prepared on the basis of Honours / Graduation Marks as and when applicable. Only 2% marks will be deducted from the total percentage obtained in the qualifying examination (B.A. Honours) for all candidates having passed their qualifying examination in the year 2021 & 2022 for MA in Bengali, Education, and History.
II. Candidates who have passed their qualifying examination in or before 2020 are not eligible to apply for Bengali, Education, and History. This rule will not be applicable in Journalism & Mass Communication.
