Laptop Sahay Yojana 2025
Laptop Sahay Yojana has been launched by the Chief Minister of Gujarat and is being operated by the Tribal Municipal Corporation Department. Under this scheme, the government will provide financial assistance of Rs 1,50,000 to tribal students, which will be available in the form of a loan. Out of this, 80% amount will be given by the government as a grant and the student will have to pay only 20% amount.
Students can use this amount to buy laptops to get online education. Nowadays the digital form of education is increasing in colleges, so the government is running this scheme to enable students for online education. In this way, poor tribal students will be able to get laptops and they will be able to get better education.
