The launch of the LDA Anant Nagar Housing Scheme 2025 was inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on 3rd April 2025. This significant project spans 785 acres and is designed to create residential facilities with all necessary amenities for Lucknow residents. A total budget of INR 10,000 crore has been allocated for constructing residential units, which are expected to benefit around 1.5 lakh citizens across the city.
The scheme is expected to accommodate around 1.5 lakh residents across various housing units, catering to people from different income groups. The project promises to be a significant step forward in addressing the housing needs of the growing population in Lucknow, while also boosting the city’s overall development and livability.
