Under this scheme, a woman will be selected as ‘Drone Sakhi’, who will also be provided training for 15 days. Along with this, the female pilot will be given a salary of Rs 15000 per month.

The training of this scheme will be in two parts, in which a member of the women’s self-help group will get five days of drone pilot training, and they will be given ten days of additional training for nutrients and pesticides for agricultural purposes so that they can easily understand the whole process carefully themselves.
